I will answer the best I can
from memory about the
Iranian consulate in
Istanbul.
Opening hours: Monday to
Friday 08.30-11.30 although
opening times were one hour
later due to Ramadan. and
the consulate is typically
opened from pick-up and
other matter out of opening
hours.
Waiting times: not many
people applying for visas,
so waiting times are
typically short
Needed documents: passport
and passport photo
Visa fee: eur60 payable to
the bank across the road
from the consulate.

Caddessi, Sultanahmet
- consulate is open 830am to
1130am Mon-Fri
- man at the consulate spoke
good English
- no queues for visa, little
waiting around
- consulate fee was 60 euro
- only form, passport, and
one passport photo were
needed; no photocopies or
fingerprints

The
Istanbul consulate address
is as stated at your
website. Opening hour is
Mon-Fri, 8:00am-11:00am.
Waiting time is around 15-30
minutes. Fees are 140 euros
for regular service and 210
euros for rushed (same day)
service. I got the visa with
same day service with no
problems.
